Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- Pinch of salt
- Zest of one orange
Chocolate Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup cacao melts
- 3 T coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 170 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all Florentine ingredients together and put into baking tray and flatten out.
- Place into oven and bake for 20 minutes or till brown.
- Place cacao melts, honey and oil in small saucepan and place over low heat, stirring till melted and smooth.
- When Florentine slab has cooled , spread drizzle over and smooth out.
- Place in fridge and when cooled break or cut into pieces.
- Store in fridge.
