There is an implicit order within all aspects of your body. We all have a natural drive to thrive. Each of the 50 to 75 trillion cells that make up your body as a perfect functioning unit as long as there is no interference.
Similarly, the 7 plus billion people who inhabit this planet are like the cells of one body. When there is interference to the harmony between people or a group of people there is a ripple effect of disharmony that extends to everyone.
You know what it feels like when you are in party mode and your close friend is feeling upset, angry, sick or tired – it impacts you and others. Energy between people is transferred. It’s palpable. This energy is felt globally and it affects the very fabric of those on its frequency. Like the cell, this breakdown in communication results is sickness and disease. Could it even cause the death of the whole organism (humanity)?
In case you hadn’t noticed, there is a shift going on in every country, economic sector, political ideology and individual people right now. More and more people are awakening to the state of the global human organism. Many people are realizing that they are living out someone else’s plan for them, not their own plan.
There is a movement, a true uplifting of consciousness among the people on this planet.
You may think that discussion on this subject has its place in other forums but I disagree. When I was a teenager a wise uncle said to me, Mark, if you see a problem in the world – you are the solution. That has always resonated in me. So, I ask you, if humanity is to change, what is the change that you want to see and how can you be it? I suggest a strategy of 4 steps as a good start.
Step 1. – Identify Your Philosophy
Albert Einstein posed a key question for abundant health for humanity when he said, “The most important question you’ll ever ask is whether the Universe is a friendly place.” When you ask yourself that question do you perceive order and perfection or do you perceive disorder and imperfection?
The answer to this question will have a trickle on effect to everything and everyone in your sphere of influence and beyond.
Everything we do is a result of our philosophy and we cannot not have a philosophy, it is simply a matter of whether we have identified it.
Task #1 – Make sure that your fundamental philosophies on life are crystal clear.

Step 2. – Get Accurate information
Last century, machines proved they could replace human muscle. This century, artificial intelligence technologies are proving they can outperform human left-brains better, faster, and more accurately than those with even the highest IQs. Our left-brain has made us rich and yet it has also delivered us to the predicament that we are currently experiencing in the world.
We need to take our strong left-brain knowledge and the powerful options that it brings and marry it with our gentle right brain respect for humanity.
Be discerning of your sources of information. The mainstream media is not a credible source for empowering information and people are waking up to this. The Internet could be likened to a global brain – all manor of thoughts are expressed. People are sharing information in ways like never before. Social media, interactive platforms and the like are a sign of the new direction of connected human beings sharing into a neural net. However, the information here must be sorted as well. Does it serve you or does it harm you. Remember that thoughts are things and as they say in computer programming – Garbage in = Garbage out.
Task #2 – Take time to dwell in higher levels of consciousness (contemplation, meditation, prayer, nature etc)

Step 3. – Walk your Talk
Make every action every day consistent with your philosophy. How you perceive your world dictates your experience. When your perception is out of focus the world will be perceived in a distorted way, usually a hostile place where people, places and events can’t be trusted. In this state you will not interact with others in a balanced and loving way.
When you are in tune with your inspired self you will do your day with a song in your heart and a spring in your step. You will look after your amazing brain, spine, nerve system and body. You will have more clarity in your world. So:
- Make sure your physical structure and nerve system is balanced both through chiropractic care and regular exercise.
- Put fresh and pure food and water into and onto your body.
- Get adequate sleep.
- Get plenty of sunshine on your body.
- Create aesthetically pleasing environments around you.
- Engage in nurturing, self-enhancing habits.
- Be kind and loving towards yourself.
Task #3 – Perform daily habits that affirm your thriving magnificence.

Step 4. – Speak Up
This time in human history promises to bring forth more changes than any other similar duration of time known to civilization. Along with this change will come major unrest. This will challenge your philosophy and belief structures. Out of this turmoil we will see an expansion of humanity’s consciousness that redefines civilization, as we know it.
You will be challenged to withhold your viewpoint for the sake of the status quo. There is considerable ‘herd pressure’ to conform to the mediocre ‘group think’.
What the world needs now is leaders who are willing to communicate clearly. Remember that the thriving body recognises and celebrates the different cells and sees the importance of them all expressing their uniqueness in a synergistic dance of harmony.
Don’t sell out on your philosophy. It may mean that you begin growing your own food, buying local produce, using natural remedies, opting for natural childbirth, speaking out against the drugging of children for behavioural problems, keeping your water free from additives or taking a stand for raising abundantly healthy children without chemicals surging through their veins.
Task #4 – Speak your truth.

Where to from here?
We are entering a global shift towards the innate lifestyle where wisdom, knowledge, application and innovation are an integral part of life in a globally connected way.
We see this more sustainable consciousness emerging in many areas of society. Health care, industry, commerce and politics (to name a few) are surrendering to this shift. If the Industrial Age was built on people’s backs, and the Information Age on people’s left hemispheres, this new age of a thriving humanity is being built on people’s trust in the innate wisdom that is within us all.
The next choice may be a difficult one but I think we can do it. If we can get over the differences that separate us and reduce the interferences to our perception of perfection we will create a whole new level for humanity to thrive.
We live in exciting times!
Be Brilliant,
Mark Postles
