Jo Returning May 20th
Jo’s amazing European adventure is coming to a close and she is looking forward to being back in practice on May 20th. She has had some very special Mother and Son time with Oscar as well a a well deserved break. We can’t wait to have you back Jo X

We have a variety of subjects we focus on: Posture, Nervous System Regulation, Hormones, Pregnancy, Birth, Movement, Stress management.
