Lets get our hips moving through this wonderful hamy stretch!

Passive Hamstring Wall Stretch

Starting Position: Begin lying on floor. Position self with legs extended upwards on wall. Arms are at sides for support.

Movement: Slide hips toward wall until gentle stretch is felt behind thighs. Attempt to relax for 30 seconds to one minute
