Ingredients:
- 12 pitted medjool dates
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture starts to clump together
- If the mixture is too dry add some more peanut butter or a dash of honey until it sticks together
- Roll the mixture into little balls, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the freezer.
- Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours and then enjoy!
