Recipe: Peanut Butter Cocoa Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 12 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture starts to clump together
  2. If the mixture is too dry add some more peanut butter or a dash of honey until it sticks together
  3. Roll the mixture into little balls, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the freezer.
  4. Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours and then enjoy!
