Supine Hamstring Stretch
Starting Position: Begin lying on your back with legs extended. Wrap stretch strap, or towel, around arch of one foot.
Movement: Pull stretch strap with arms, lifting straight leg until a gentle stretch is felt behind the thigh. Foot should remain relaxed in a straight position. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on opposite side.
