New Chiropractors: Welcome Hamish and Bridgett
Hi, I’m Hamish. I have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast with my fiancé to join the team at Coast Chiropractic Kawana. I grew up in a town called Tauranga in the North Island of New Zealand. Over the past few years I’ve lived in several different locations around Australia, including Coffs Harbour and Cairns most recently.
Sports are a big passion of mine. I’m a keen hockey player and have represented NZ in the past. My highlight was winning the Youth Olympic qualifier final over Australia, but don’t hold that against me!
I love being a chiropractor because I’m passionate about helping people reach their optimal potential. Enabling them to tackle whatever challenges they come across in life with confidence. It always amazes me the shifts that can occur in one’s life when they seek chiropractic care.
If you can’t find me in the practice I will be out surfing, fishing, playing hockey or reading a good book.

Hello, my name is Bridget Melling-Williams and I am so pleased to be joining the team here at Coast Chiropractic Kawana. I am a Chiropractor from Melbourne and I’ve recently moved to the Sunshine Coast with my family: my husband who is also a chiropractor and my four sons. We are all so excited to be joining this community and taking part in all the wonderful activities and opportunities that this region offers.
I have been interested in healthcare since I was young and have always sought out the most recent research and investigations into nutrition, healthcare and wellness. As an adult I found chiropractic to be fundamental to a healthy lifestyle and consequently embraced chiropractic in my pregnancies and for my children as soon as they were born.
With four active boys I am used to the juggle of work-life-family balance and my practice revolves around providing support and guidance to people to live their best lives. I love meeting new people and getting to know people, I love babies and children and families.
I am really looking forward to meeting you all and taking care of you in practice.
